An exciting executive leadership opportunity is available for an experienced and commercially minded General Manager to lead a diverse Enterprise Division delivering meaningful social and economic outcomes across the Northern Territory.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, this role will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of enterprises, including operations, fleet, housing, assets, and commercial business units. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight, operational leadership, and commercial direction to ensure sustainable growth, strong financial performance, and long-term community impact.
This is a highly influential role suited to a senior leader with strong business acumen, proven operational experience, and the ability to lead diverse teams across complex environments. You will play a critical role in identifying and delivering new business opportunities, driving accountability and performance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring safe and efficient business operations.
Success in this role will require strong leadership capability, financial and commercial expertise, experience reporting to Boards and executive stakeholders, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across government, communities, and industry. A background in large-scale operations, project delivery, business development, or multi-site leadership will be highly regarded.
