to lead a multifaceted, strategically critical, logistics infrastructure facility servicing various stakeholders across the Northern Territory.

You will partner closely with the Company Secretary / Chief Corporate Governance Officer and the C.E.O in the day to day shaping of the overall business performance, culture, and employee experience.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full human resource lifecycle for the organisation, including;
- Strategic planning to operational implementation of business and change objectives and developing strong partnerships with business units.
- Provision of coaching and advice to the human resources team across the business
- Developing, recommending and leading the implementation of approved HR policies and activities in support of the business objectives.
Embrace, review and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Collaborate nationally and regionally to align initiatives with those delivering on comparable, industry strategic objectives.
Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change.
Lead the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations and manage the implementation of Enterprise Agreements.
Lead workforce optimisation and labour cost benchmarking programs.
