We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer to join a busy workshop on the sunshine coast. 

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and follow company systems, processes, and procedures
  • Answer incoming phone enquiries
  • Enter customer quotes and sales orders into the system
  • Serve customers at the sales counter
  • Update delivery dates on customer orders
  • Run monthly open order reports and follow up with customers
  • Generate conformance certificates
  • Conduct stocktake counts
  • Run re-order reports for warehouse stock
  • Liaise with transport coordinators and other sales and transport departments
About You:
  • Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential
