About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Leading Hand
to join our dynamic construction team on a short-term project in Darwin. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in building construction, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site trades and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate daily tasks and support the Site Supervisor
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Assist with on-site problem-solving and decision-making
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
- Proven experience in residential or commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- White Card and relevant licenses/tickets
- Competitive hourly rate - paying above the Darwin average
