Key Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans in consultation with Asset and Engineering teams, considering resourcing, backlog, and preventative maintenance requirements.
- Improve and maintain preventative maintenance systems, ensuring availability of consumables, parts, and equipment.
- Liaise with mechanical and electrical staff, coordinating maintenance and repair activities with accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all duties align with organisational safety, environmental and quality policies.
- Strong background in planning and scheduling within power generation or heavy industry.
- High competence using maintenance planning software (like Pronto), spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Solid understanding of industry-based WHS practices and a strong commitment to safe work.
