You’ll provide invaluable technical expertise in mechanical maintenance. Your role will encompass both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of critical equipment.
- $110k - $140k + super + allowances ($5,921pa)
- On-call roster available to further increase earnings
- Gain up to two pay level increases per year
- Alice Springs - relocation assistance may be provided
- Perm role - 9 day fortnight
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) processes and procedures
- Maintain gas/diesel reciprocating engines and power generation equipment
- Investigate critical plant incidents and complete technical reports
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Contribute to on-call roster
- Mechanical Fitter or Diesel Mechanic trade qualifications with equivalent technical work experience on large reciprocating engines
- Valid NT Driver's Licence or equivalent.
- Experience in maintaining gas/diesel reciprocating engines.
- Ability to perform detailed fault-finding on industrial gas turbines and large reciprocating engines
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and procedure
