An established construction organisation with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the Northern Territory is seeking an Operations Manager
to lead their Alice Springs branch
.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of day-to-day operations, oversee regional projects, and guide a local team to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing branch operations and managing small-to-medium construction projects across Central Australia
- Coordinating staff, subcontractors, equipment, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Leading, developing, and supporting a team while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction
- 5+ years’ experience in Project or Branch Management within a construction, building, or operations environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of budgets, scheduling, compliance, and safety requirements
- Current driver’s licence and White Card (additional licences or project management qualifications desirable)
