This role is responsible for developing and managing detailed construction programs, coordinating local and international procurement schedules, and ensuring alignment between project timelines, costs, quantities, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline construction programs and master schedules.
- Prepare look-ahead, tender, methodology, and recovery programs.
- Conduct schedule updates, critical path analysis, and progress reporting.
- Develop and manage procurement schedules, including international logistics and long-lead items.
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support cost forecasting, cash flow planning, variations, and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting project time, cost, and delivery.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in construction planning, project controls, or quantity surveying.
- Proven experience developing complex construction programs and BOQs.
- Experience managing international procurement and logistics.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commercial principles, and contract administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel skills.
