Contract opportunity to step into a Project Management Office Coordinator role and work with a government-owned organisation in Darwin. The organisation is highly reputable and offers excellent pay.

About the Role:
   
In this role, you’ll support the Project Management Office function by managing systems, generating reports, and providing administrative and governance support across the project portfolio. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high-quality project data and ensuring smooth communication between business units and leadership teams.
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for executive committees and boards
  • Monitor progress and status of projects across the organisation
  • Support Project Managers with processes, documentation, and advice
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance compliance
  • Draft and review documents for high-level stakeholders (e.g. Minister’s office)
Ideal Experience:
  • Strong administration or coordination background
  • An understanding of governance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of systems like SharePoint, Excel, and automated reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence working with project data, reporting and governance processes
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Experience in a government or corporate project environment
