In this role, you’ll support the Project Management Office function by managing systems, generating reports, and providing administrative and governance support across the project portfolio. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high-quality project data and ensuring smooth communication between business units and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for executive committees and boards
- Monitor progress and status of projects across the organisation
- Support Project Managers with processes, documentation, and advice
- Ensure data accuracy and governance compliance
- Draft and review documents for high-level stakeholders (e.g. Minister’s office)
- Strong administration or coordination background
- An understanding of governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of systems like SharePoint, Excel, and automated reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with project data, reporting and governance processes
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience in a government or corporate project environment
