  • Work closely with Finance, Production, Project Teams, and key stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are effectively managed.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier documentation, quotations, and procurement records.
  • Utilise MYOB and business systems to support reporting, purchasing visibility, and financial accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimisation.
About You

  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or commercial administration.
  • Experience developing procurement processes, policies, and systems.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, production teams, and external suppliers.
  • Experience using MYOB or similar accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to analyse costs and improve outcomes.
  • A background in accounting, finance, procurement, or purchasing will be highly regarded.
What's on Offer
  • Full-time permanent position - 38 hours per week.
  • Opportunity to establish and lead procurement improvements within a growing business.
  • Exposure to diverse projects and operational teams.
  • A role with genuine career growth potential as the business expands.
  • Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
