Foundation Recruitment are seeking a hands-on Production Worker
to join our growing client's team in Darwin. This role is central to overseeing and managing the production of modular buildings from start to finish. You’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard of quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day production of modular buildings
- Coordinating workflow and managing production schedules
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Working closely with trades, contractors, and supervisors
- Hands-on involvement in construction and assembly as required
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or modular building (preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- A practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
