We're partnering with a well‑established civil and construction contractor in Hillcrest who is seeking an experienced Project or Contracts Administrator to support ongoing project delivery, commercial compliance, and operational workflow. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands site‑to‑office communication, and can confidently manage documentation through ActivUs .
What You'll Be Doing
- Project administration — daily support to PMs, supervisors, and site teams
- ActivUs workflow — updating project data, processing claims, maintaining compliance records
- Procurement support — raising POs, tracking deliveries, liaising with suppliers
- Document control — ensuring all project files, safety documents, and correspondence are accurate and up to date
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or Contracts Administrator
- Experience using ActivUs is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of civil, construction, or infrastructure project environments
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Confident communicator who can work with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm in Hillcrest
