to join the leadership team delivering a multi-year, large-scale civil infrastructure project involving bulk earthworks and mine site remediation.

About the Role:
You will play a critical role in the commercial success of the project by managing financial performance, contractual compliance, risk, procurement, and stakeholder relationships from pre-contract through to delivery and finalisation.

What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator role on major civil infrastructure projects ($100M+ ideally).
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, environmental remediation, or mining/civil construction.
- A deep understanding of contract administration, cost control, claims management, and commercial risk.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
- Prior experience on long-duration government-funded projects is highly regarded.
