- Projects ranging from $2M to $100M
- Work across new builds, fit outs and upgrades in government, defence, and private sector environments
- Manage multiple active projects, typically up to three at a time
- Project management experience on builds between $500K – $10M
- Defence project experience
- Fit out and new build experience
- Strong background in subcontractor coordination
- Ability to work independently and report monthly on progress
- Experience with Procore and Jobpac or similar (ideal)
