We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager
with a strong track record in commercial construction to lead complex projects from concept to completion. This is your chance to join a professional, well-supported team delivering quality projects across the Northern Territory.
This is a head office-based role in Darwin, NT. This position will require the successful candidate to relocate to Darwin; FIFO is not
an option.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects
- Managing budgets, programs, safety, and stakeholder relationships
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and within spec
- 5+ years' experience as a PM in commercial construction
- Deep understanding of construction methodology and contract administration
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and client-facing confidence
- Proven ability to run multiple projects or larger-scale builds
- Stable pipeline of upcoming projects
- Collaborative company culture and systems in place
