We have been retained exclusively to source a Project Manager for the delivery of a circa $200M + complex Defence project. Reporting directly to the Project Director, this key project delivery role will have a sole project focus with an approximate program of two years.

- Monitor, analyse and constructively review program, productivity, conformance and safety on projects.
- Build and mentor project team capability and performance.
- Monitor, mentor and ensure project team integration and resource management requirements.
- Approve and progressively monitor project methodology in a proactive manner.
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you'll rely on your previous senior project delivery experience to deliver on commercial and financial requirements. Your experience in the principal contracting space will demonstrate your competency in project management.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate/possess the following;
- Construction Management / Engineering qualification
- 10+ years post-graduate experience within a Tier 1/2 Principal Contractor environment (Including Defence project delivery experience)
- Experience in managing major projects >$100M in project value.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate performance objectives for staff.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the program to meet project objectives.
- An awareness and commitment to cultural sensitives and awareness across the overall workforce and stakeholder interaction
- Australian citizen with the ability to secure government security clearance.
