We are partnering with a Northern Territory Local Government Council, who are looking for their next Regional Manager - Building & Infrastructure based in their Darwin office with travel to the communities you will service.

Your Impact in the First Year
- Leading critical projects from concept to completion, leaving communities better than you found them
- Developing and empowering a skilled, motivated workforce, setting standards of excellence for years to come
- Strengthening relationships with councils, contractors, and First Nations communities, becoming a trusted partner and leader
- Implementing processes, governance, and financial controls that ensure operational integrity across the region
- Proven project and asset management experience (a must)
- Strong financial understanding and experience managing annual operating budgets
- Expertise in contract management, compliance, and governance
- Demonstrated team leadership, workforce management, and mentoring experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Current C Class manual driver’s license
