- Chatting on the phone like a pro with your screening skills, experience & all the vibe checks.
- Becoming besties with candidates so you really get what they want in their next role.
- Tag-teaming with our account managers to find the perfect match for our clients.
- Keeping a spicy talent pipeline full and ready for action.
- A background in sales (you love the thrill of the chase).
