About the Role
You’ll be operating rollers across pavement and earthworks activities, supporting civil crews, and maintaining high safety standards on a secure Defence site. Daily duties include:
- Operating smooth drum and multi‑tyre rollers
- Assisting with compaction and general civil tasks
- Conducting basic plant checks and reporting maintenance needs
- Following Defence access protocols and WHS procedures
- Demonstrated experience operating rollers on civil or infrastructure projects
- Current Roller VOC / RIIMPO317F or equivalent
- White Card
- Ability to meet Defence access requirements (Clear criminal history)
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and ready to work
- Ongoing project work with long-term stability
