Senior Electrical Project Manager

We are representing a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor with a strong presence on the Sunshine Coast and a robust pipeline of secured work of across Queensland.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple major projects while mentoring the next generation of project leaders.

The Opportunity This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of project delivery across 2-3 concurrent electrical projects , valued up to $5M . You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's strong reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major electrical projects (up to $5M)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Oversee project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all projects
• Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid-level Project Managers
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on project strategy and resource allocation

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Tier 1 & 2 Electrical contracting sector
• Track record of successfully delivering commercial or industrial projects of scale
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring other PMs
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications
