The Opportunity
This is more than just pricing jobs, you’ll be a strategic contributor, working closely with senior leadership to drive tenders, refine methodologies, and influence project success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tender preparation for construction projects
- Develop accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing models
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Estimator
- Strong background in building and infrastructure
- High-level proficiency in estimating software and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
