The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable Site Engineer to join an established team in Darwin. This role will see you heavily involved in project delivery, with a strong focus on quality control and subcontractor management across a complex vertical build environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project delivery of a large-scale construction project
- Drive and maintain strict quality control (QA/QC) processes in line with industry standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safety, and performance outcomes are achieved
- Monitor project progress across budget, schedule, and resourcing
- Liaise with key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality requirements
- Review engineering documentation and implement corrective actions where required
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure successful delivery
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong vertical building experience (essential)
- Proven background in project delivery, QA/QC, and subcontractor coordination
- Australian Citizen - ESSENTIAL (required for security clearance)
