Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Site Foreman to join the team and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role on a $50m multi-unit townhouse development delivered at a commercial-scale with residential end-use.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities in accordance with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations across high-volume residential builds
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
- Interpret plans, ensure build accuracy, and resolve site issues
- Drive program adherence and maintain construction schedules
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building standards
- Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Work closely with project management to ensure smooth project delivery
- Trade-qualified carpenter (essential)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
- Strong background in high-volume housing or multi-residential builds
- Proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
- Strong communication and leadership skills on site
