Once again, our highly valued client has entrusted us to search for an experienced Site Manager
to play a key role in the delivery of a state-of-the-art, high rise apartment project in Melbourne.

They are a genuine "specialist" in the delivery of high-rise commercial construction projects including hotels, office buildings and high-rise apartment projects.
Long term, highly valued relationships are in place, including trusted, efficient sub-contractors and meticulous consultants. With the Project Manager secured and the other valued team's members allocated, the last piece of the puzzle is what we are seeking in the recruitment exercise.
This is a great opportunity to leave your mark on the Melbourne skyline, to be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
- Minimum of ten years' experience in the commercial construction sector (must have high rise experience)
- Must be Trade Qualified (preferably in Carpentry or similar - Extensive Experience will also be considered)
- Must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and genuine "man management" skills!
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently drive construction programs while maintaining a safe and high-quality environment.
- Must possess well developed leadership skills and thrive in maintaining an effective, high performing team environment.
