Site Supervisor - Brisbane

Foundation Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to work with an established, multifaceted Tier 3 Builder who deliver construction works across defence, aged care, industrial and non-process mining sectors.
They have multiple projects on the books and subsequently are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.
With a focus across projects from $300K-$10M, the successful applicant will be offered a long-term engagement subject to performance.
 
Key Skills Required -

• At least five years’ experience in commercial construction projects preferably across high compliant sectors (Defence , Govt , Health ect...)
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Ideally, experience using Microsoft Project, not essential
• Strong emphasis on good people management
• Natural ability to build rapport and schedule ahead to ensure maximum efficiency
• Be career-driven and produce quality work within given timelines
• Preferable to have a trade background
• Supervisor Licence (Q.B.C.C) + Police security check + Australian citizen / Trade Qualified ( must be able to apply for defence clearance)
