This is a hands-on site-based position, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of commercial construction projects in remote NT locations. You will work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Ensuring WHS compliance, site inductions, and toolbox talks
- Resolving site issues and driving outcomes on the ground
- Maintaining clear communication with the broader project team
- Trade qualified (Carpentry or relevant construction trade preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
- Comfortable working in remote environments on a 2/2 FIFO roster
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Practical, solutions-focused, and confident in managing subcontractors
- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and site compliance requirements
