The Role
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising residential construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Managing construction schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
- Managing materials, deliveries and site resources
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and the internal team
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and creating well-run, organised sites.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processes
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
- A hands-on, practical approach with strong attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product
