Site Supervisor - Townsville

Foundation Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to work with an established, multifaceted Tier 3 Builder who deliver construction works across defence, aged care, health, industrial and Non-Process Mining sectors.
They have multiple projects on the books and subsequently are now looking for another experienced Site Supervisor to join the expanding team based out of North Queensland who will deliver projects from Mackay to Cairns.
With a focus across projects from $300K-$10M, the successful applicant will commence working on commercial projects across predominantly government and some private sectors.

Key Skills Required -

• At least two years’ experience in commercial construction projects preferably across high compliant sectors (Defence/ Mining / Health ect...)
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Ideally, experience using Microsoft Project, not essential
• Strong emphasis on good people management
• Natural ability to build rapport and schedule ahead to ensure maximum efficiency
• Be career-driven and produce quality work within given timelines
• Preferable to have a trade background
• Supervisor Licence (Q.B.C.C) + Police security check + Australian citizen / Trade Qualified
