About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of water and wastewater treatment plants , including process monitoring, pump station management, and onsite testing. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working outdoors, and keeping critical infrastructure running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment processes
- Conduct process control checks and troubleshoot plant issues
- Perform sample collection and onsite lab testing
- Manage and maintain pump stations
- Complete daily logs, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain safe, efficient performance
- Experience in plant operations and process control
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment
- Competent in sample collection and onsite laboratory testing
- Experience with pump station management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Relevant certification or extensive industry experience
