What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the yard by keeping operations safe, smooth and compliant
- Directing the flow of trucks, cranes and equipment across the site
- Loading and unloading trucks, tankers and trailers like a pro
- Staying sharp with chain‑of‑responsibility and safety requirements
- Operating yard and warehouse gear with confidence including a forklift
- Keeping the yard spotless and ready for action
- Cleaning vehicles and equipment using high‑pressure tools
- Experience in chemical, industrial or similar environments (dangerous goods exposure is a bonus)
- A safety‑first mindset — always
- Strong housekeeping habits and attention to detail
- Bonus points for DCS/HMI/PLC/SCADA knowledge
- Flexibility for rotating rosters and shutdown work.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Experience with equipment isolation and permits
- Comfortable with manual handling up to 20 kg
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a small, supportive team
- Training or experience with dangerous goods or hazardous materials storage
